His raven hair was partially covered by a faded blue beanie which barely sufficed in providing any warmth. White cloudy curls filled the space around the petit man as he drew out heavy breaths with a frown. Hands shoved deeply into his shallow pockets in attempt to stay warm.
This was why he hated winter. Canadian winters.
Out of nowhere, the short man felt something warm around his hand. His green eyes glanced up and noticed his tall best friend, band mate, lover lacing their fingers together.
Blue eyes met green. Color started to show on his cheeks. He smiled.

You know the feeling when you haven't exercised for months and all the sudden you started again? It's so hard and takes a toll on you. That's exactly how I felt when writing this. I decided to write a drabble before updating nostalgia and cigarettes, to you know, see if I lost my touch in writing...and good thing I wrote this. I definitely need to somehow get my creative juices flowing.
