I DESPISE sunglasses-indoors guy. At least with Chris you get the feeling that he can't really help it (though he's still incredibly irritating). Sunglasses-indoors guy definitely knows he's being a turd. And he's louder. HATRED.
If it's anything, I'd much rather read your paper than anyone else's in the class. It would be far more interesting to read about how a level-headed person from elsewhere sees us Cape Bretoners than to read a bunch of papers about how we define ourselves. (Though I can totally understand why you don't want to write it; I questioned that as soon as I read the assignment description.)
Student loans terrify me. I'm sure it will all work out; I just hope that happens as quickly and easily as possible. Yikes.

I'm weary about this paper because he said that the only source we really need is the book; kinda scares me. We should have all gotetn that in blood. I DID email Scott and proposed the idea of the Cape Breton Celticness from an outside view and he said that would be okay. I just don't want to make the mistake of saying "this defines C.B,. celticness" and be...well, wrong. :)
