[Roy's a smart kid guy, give someone a little encouragement sometimes, and they can shine. NO THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE NEED YOU TO SING. Hi Rachel, how are you doing?]

[Winry is similarly surprised to be included--she is so use to Ed and Al's secrecy so she is actually a little touched]
I can't think of anyone, but if I find people who I think are trustworthy and can help I'll let you know. [But Winry's not the best judge of character and she knows it]
With people constantly going and leaving, I know it'd be difficult to keep updated but is there a census of sorts? Making one could be a good first step in getting organized in general--especially if safety is a concern of a lot of people.

I'm not sure. I'd have to think about it more. We could ask for the information but I'm not carrying much hope we'll get a lot of responses--or that they'll all be honest. Understandably so.
For newcomers it might be a little easier. Maybe we can have a group of people who serve as greeter to help get them situated and find people who might be from their world. Start them off with basic necessities and that way we can in turn learn about them and at least get some basic information. Name, appearance, maybe what world they are from.
To gather any information would be helpful at face value, so I suppose you're right. Just to list the people we know to be here.
Hughes asked me a long time ago to add more rooms to the house. So far only two of them are being used, out of ten. It's something that's concerned me for a while, but I suppose you get used to the privacy after a while.
I suppose there's the clinic too. I'll need to see how Unohana feels about paperwork.

My... friend, Kurt, is in Adstringendum now. He's trustworthy.

Ah, Rachel.
I don't think I've had the pleasure yet.

You can't really miss him. He's more obnoxious than I am.

Obnoxious? You? Pfft.]
Oh? Well, hopefully I'll come across him soon. It's good to hear you've got a friend from home with you.

Ah, your input is appreciated.
A census, it's something I pondered - as people we have no real 'rights' thanks to the Animus. Publicly held information about the population...
[The cogs are turning Winry, you've just doubled his workload, and he'd just about offloaded it all on others.]
You have any thoughts about how to carry out such a census?

Colonel.
I think its about time you let me in on what's going on. There's little to no reason why I shouldn't be.

Alucard.
Trust is a difficult thing to build, I'm sure you understand that by now?

Very much so, yes. My mother came here, so I'm enjoying meeting her for the first time.

It's good to see a little happiness around here.
