Oooh!

I just tickled Jesse and he ran away in defeat to pout in the bedroom with his laptop.

Can I say, "Cutest thing ever"? Cause Im gonna...

Cutest. Thing. Ever.

Synopsis of Thanksgiving Day.

Jesse and I got up, late.. and grudgingly, to make it to my Grandma's house for Turkey Dinner #1.

We played a game of 3-handed Cribbage with my grandpa, while my cousin Talia got her ass handed to her in a couple hands of Spite and Malice against my grandma.

It was a small gathering, and had the few family members I enjoy talking to... (Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, and cousin Talia) so, it was far more pleasant than USUAL family dinners.

We all sit down to eat, my grandma folds her hands and says, "Who wants to say Grace?" We all look around the table. I speak up, "Uh, grandma,.. I dont think ANYONE here is a Grace-Saying-Person. We all sorta nodded to eachother. "Yeah, Aunt Bobbie isn't here to make us say it, so I think its safe to skip it today." We all smile, laugh alittle.. my grandpa says, "Saying 'Grace' is enough grace for me! Lets get to eatin'!"

I thought that was pretty funny... usually we have at least one or two fairly religious folk at the table... but this time it was all us heathens and we were safe from religious overtones before all the gluttony we were about to endure.

We stuffed ourselves, I chugged a beer before leaving and we headed out to Jesse's family.

I was greeted with the same hugs, questions about my health and concern as I was at my own family's... and the food was just as glorious and plentiful... however, little time had passed to make much room in my stomach for another meal...

But I tried. Valiantly!

Then I retired to the couch to nap. I had had too much awake+turkey-ness.

Then we were off to see the new James Bond movie "Casino Royale".. which can be summed up thusly:
1. Best chase seen EVER.... sadly it was also the best scene in the movie and was at the START of the movie. Sorta like that kickass fight in Blade 2 that started the movie off and nothing else could compare.
2. James Bond is tough, smart, sexy and just alittle vulnerable.
3. Vesper has a funny name (therefore is irresistable to Bond) and is tough, smart, sexy and just a little vulnerable. Sexiness ensues.
4. An old man felt the need to shout: "HE'S NOT WEARING ANY CLOTHES!!" at one point, and he was correct.. and it was sexy until the torture started... which consisted mainly of teste-whippings. Ow.
5. Texas Hold'em isnt usually boring to watch, but it is in this movie.

The end.

Anyways, I enjoyed it and encourage others who may be interested in seeing it to do so.

Went back to work today.. my brain was addled by all the turkey and 4 days off in a row.

That is all I have to report.
