I know you are East Coast, but I forget whereabouts. I'm hoping for a trip to Philadelphia, Chicago.. I'll always take a chance to go to NYC... but Im doubting you are in any of those cities... heh....

I am going to try to be over there for the full solar eclipse in a couple years...

It would be lovely to arrange someday!

Maybe we will be close when we come for the Eclipse! Its streaking across NY and I was thinking a trip to NYC, Niagara Falls, and staying in a funny little BnB in nowhere little-town NY would be a good place to see the eclipse from! We watched the 2017 total solar eclipse and it was.... absolutely amazing.

I had a roommate do it to me, too. Although he didn't let it go as far as eviction... he'd just TEMPORARILY steal the rent money... get the notice and eviction threat, panic, pay rent and... we were none the wiser. (He also did this to our telephone and electricity) When we found out just started paying individually by money order (rather than through his checking account) to... help him.. help himself to NOT help himself to our !*#@*&! bill money.

Some people are best... when they aren't entrusted with other people's trust.

I've seen her around town a couple times since that all happened. She doesn't really talk to me? I've also seen their other old friend from that time, TL, working at a thrift store. Hecking awkward, yo. 🙄 #whattoyousaytopeoplewhoareobviouslylivingtheconsequencesoftheiractions

I think I saw MP once or twice in the last intervening 15 years.
She is usually working,
and I usually show up and go, "Oh! I had forgotten about you."

Oooh, I haven't seen TL since... forever go.

Dude... were you at THAT PARTY? That one? The one... where EVERYTHING WENT WRONG? The one that we KNEW was an awfully bad party and a horrible time for pretty much everyone involved and THEN.. AND THEN... discovered there was a baby locked in a closet THE WHOLE TIME ( ... )

Awww! All the same at you! We definitely held on to the best people from all that.

I think I *may* have been at that party? At TL's house with all the smelly boys and lots of weirdness. I don't distinctly remember a baby in a closet but I was drinking a lot and may have left before that happened....? 🤷‍♀️

I doubt you'd remember the baby in the closet... which was discovered *after* the party ended... by R who was cleaning up since everyone else had either been chased out, left, or passed out ( ... )
