Ugh. I was ready to finish chapter 7 of Seeds of Discord at about 5,000 words, but then it suddenly began to get longer and longer... though not long enough to be cut into two parts, and I'm anxious to post it before November 1st.

Anyway, here are some pics of Shimba, my bird! Isn't she cute beyond all reason? :3

And I completely forgot. Good luck with getting the next chapter done in time! I'll be eagerly waiting for it. I finished that Monty/Shego fic that has been agonizing me yesterday, so I know how stressful the last moments before Nov 1 can be.

Onwards to NaNoWriMo! We'll make it! ;)

She's very soft, indeed. I was once able to touch her while my brother distracted her. Despite the cute, fluffy exterior, she's really the bird version of a ferocious bulldog. Love her anyway! ♥

And thanks! I just finished the chapter. It's 9,400 words long. Just to think I'll hate to proofread all that... *groans* I have half a mind to just post it as it is.
