(no subject)
so my first night as manager went pretty smoothly. It took me longer than the other managers to close, which is expected..had to make sure everything was exactly right..had to recount things a few times. but i'm pretty sure everything ended up ok. there wasn't anything that came up that i couldn't handle. except i forgot to clock out. i almost forgot my purse and stuff after i set the store alarm...so remembering to clock out went out the window.
and i might be getting a second job where brian works. he works as a counselor at a camp right by his house called lake-vu. i already talked to the owner and sent him my info and they're supposed to let me know on tuesday. hopefully i can start working by wednesday or thursday because thursday is the trip to six flags =) i'll probably be a relief counselor..and they go around wherever they're needed or fill in for counselors who call out. should be fun, it's like going to camp for free since you get to do everything the kids do. i have to go and buy a one piece bathing suit though..it's mandatory. bleh. i already talked to my blockbuster manager and i'm going to be scheduled for night shifts during the week. =D
so that's really exciting. i'm working from 12-6 on the fourth of july..but then brian's coming over and we're going to my aunt's house in PA for a little family party..and brian can finally meet some relatives. i'm off tomorrow...don't know what to do with myself. probably buy a bathing suit. ta!
