I think I can safely say that I'm now completely off crutches. I have a slight limp, but both hands are free!

And if consistently have showers without the shower stool for a week or so I'll take that back too and get my $50 deposit.

Life is returning to normal.

This Saturday.

Tupperware party from 3:30pm, and housewarming party later. We will be firing up the spa and I will be baking yummy things. If you need the address just respond here, or LJ message me, or e-mail me, or e-mail Matt, or SMS or call either of us. They all work.

Knee is feeling less like a bowl of jelly and more like just hurty over the last few days.

I just managed to have a shower...

Without the shower chair! I even managed to clean the bottom of my right foot.

I feel all accomplished. :)

Y'know, it's been 4 months since I did my knee.

I had planned to be in Broome right now.

Clacking around on one crutch. Maybe I should get a cane, it would look cooler.

But, I reckon in a week or so I won't need a crutch at all.

Just went shopping again - yay freedom.

Tonight japester and dormant_dragon are coming over for dinner and maybe a spa. Hopefully we can make it a weekly thing alternating houses, because we all love good food and conversation ( Read more... )
