I look around at all my friends... think about the time we spend... will it ever be like this again?

I'm having the time of my life!

+1 million internet points if you can tell me what that quote is from without googling.

This weekend was great. I was bummed that I wasn't going to Jersey, but I took Saturday off.
It was Chelsea's mom's birthday. I made the cake! The bottom was lemon cake filled with strawberries, the middle was dark chocolate, the top was white cake. I made the walker from white chocolate and fondant lol. It was all delicious.

The party started at 2:00 and I showed up a bit after 3:00. It was a cookout and we ate and laughed and drank. It was so much fun. The girls and I took over a little tent area in the yard in front of this GIANT fan. I still don't know where Chelsea's dad got this crazy thing.

We had so much fun. It was so good to be there with everyone.

So much cake was eaten! So much PBR was drank. It was a million degrees and I got eaten alive by bugs, but I wouldn't have traded it for the world.

We lit sparklers and sang songs way too loudly and had way too much fun. This is what summer is about!

After the party Katie and Kelly and I went back to my place, then C-Bar and then Katie and I lounged on my couch until a little after 1am.

I slept like a baby.

I stayed in bed until after noon yesterday sleeping off my partying. Eddy snuggled, of course.

We got up, finally, and went to Troy to see the family.
We spent time at Brian's parents house and went to Bradford to see my nieces. Sophia wanted to show us her new roller skates.

The girls were so cute. I swear, I could just kidnap them and make them babble to me all day with their adorable little kid talk.

Then we went and grilled with Brian's parents. We wanted to ride bikes before the rain hit, but by the time we got around to it, it was pouring. We waited until almost 11:00pm when the rain let up. We rode 5 miles in the rain sprinkles. We rode up the parking garage and watched the workers at the Schuster Center packing up from Phantom of the Opera. There must have been 12 semi trucks worth of set construction. We didn't even mind the rain.
