I am baaaaaaaaaaaack. So, first, food.
From London, that is. Went there for four days, am broke now. Before posting pictures of my purchases, though, I'll give you the overdue pictures of the peach chili tart I made for my sister's Polterabend. I don't have pictures of all the beautiful mini cupcakes that I made (don't ask why. Because I have no idea.) but I'm hoping someone else made them (about 428291 people were making pictures so maybe at least one of them caught the cupcakes...). Anyway. The tart.
The crust is the same as in the in this recipe, only with doubled measurements (for both crust and grid on the cake). The filling consists of peaches (from the tin), peach juice with chili, vanilla pudding and apple juice. If you'd like, I could try to post the recipe :) And yeah, this is how it looks when a beginner tries to decorate a tart with a grid made of dough... (but it tasted awesome!)
