Untouchable, up to 7

I know I haven't really talked much about it, but...

Daaaamn.

I love this dorama. And not just because it's got Sato Tomohito and Kaname Jun. I love the underlying mystery. I love how, at the end of episode 7, paranoia has most definitely set in. I mean, first they spend all those episodes setting up Shiro (Kaname Jun) as a douchebag and then casting the suspicion that he might be Nanahi no Gonbe, and now it turns out he's not... and NOW we're suspecting Takafuji (Wagatomo KaGAAAmi). And well okay, if we follow previous patterns (of the suspect turning out to not be Nanashi no Gonbe, done at least 3 or 4 times now), and considering that Ido believe 7 is only the halfway mark and therefore too soon for the mystery to be revealed... it seems fairly reasonable to assume that Takafuji is not actually an evil, cold-blooded assasin.

But, damn, that last scene this episode? Takafuji with that ominous look in his eyes in the half-light? Damn damn damn! You certainly do buy the possibility that Takafuji is dangerous and ruthless and cruel. Also, it was really really really hot.

Good job, Sato. I'm impressed.

I also really loved Jun's acting this ep. But damn, Sato, that last scene. *_*
