friends only?

i am thinking about about making this lj friends only--any thoughts? most of my posts are already gravitating that way--and it would keep me from making the mistake of mis-posting something private. then again, public posts are nice for their own reasons...

i am weirdly undecided here...

has it worked for you if you have one? or if not, why? i'd really welcome your input. :) ty!
