Asking for Prompts
Well, I'm kind of stuck, and I need to write at least five stories in a line by April 30, 2013. So I'm asking for help.
I don't have any big fandoms. That's kind of a problem, I know. I might be able to write Harry Potter in a pinch, though I honestly don't ship any characters in Potterverse.
Fandoms I'm into:
14th Century CE RPF
15th Century CE RPF
ASOIAF
Discworld
Dresden Files (books or TV)
English and Scottish Ballads
Fairy Tales (any culture)
Mythology (Egyptian, Greek, Norse, Roman)
Shakespeare
Feel free to ask about fandoms I'm not listing, though. If I feel I know the canon well enough, I might take a stab at it.
I'm honestly a lot better with gen than I am with sex or romance, so I'd prefer to stick with my strengths. I don't write PWP for fun. Ever. Trying to do so is a massive source of stress. Sex scenes are about ten times harder for me than anything else. It can take me WEEKS to write one paragraph of a sex scene. WEEKS. And, as I said, this has to be done by April. *worries*
So...suggestions? Please? I could use some help.
