Again, this is a really easy one.
Star Trek and Doctor Who win for best title sequences with instrumentals.
Best title sequence with a song? Mystery Science Theater 3000. It's catchy, it's memorable, it gives you all the background you need to understand any episode, it's easy to sing and just about everyone seems to know and like some version of it.
I suppose it's just as well that this question is fairly simple, because the one for the 19th is tough. And I'm going to need to think about it.
