Another fabulous day touring around Vancouver. Today we rented a car so that we could see some sites further out.

Since the forecast said that it wouldn't rain until the afternoon, we decided to head up to Capillano Suspension bridge first. It was cloudy, but the rain did remain at bay until we were done with our visit there.

I did it! w00t!

My first mile was in 10:40 and my average mile time was about 11:20 or so (can't remember exactly).

I had to take a couple of walking steps while I drank some water and then right before the 3 mile mark (uphill!!) I took about 20 or so walking steps. I was so close I was mad at myself for walking, but I had tried to up my pace ( Read more... )
