Wow, I haven't turned my TV on in a month, poor thing

One thing that always depresses me about CSI is the way it brings into focus how cruel people can be. Tonight's episode was a perfect example of that.

Also, anyone else think that the Grissom/Nick conversation was Grissom's way of alluding to Nick being very gay and very closeted? I mean, come on, when he started talking about deep, dark secrets, you know Nick got all nervous and OMG, Grissom knows! while struggling to remain calm.

And was Cath purposefully trying to freak Nick out, talking about ant hills? I think she just wants to see how far she can push him until he cracks.

I kind of like the flat, side parted hair Nick's got going on, but he needs to trim it a little bit. Also, the makeup person needs a kick in the rear because the concealer under George's eyes was way too yellow, especially in the Yes, Nick, I know you're gay and worried about keeping it a secret so I'll allude to it just because it amuses me scene.

Oh, and my flist has corrupted me and I blame you all for making me see Greg/Hodges slash in the I like to have an audience scene. No! No Greg/Hodges! I'm going to write het if you keep making me see slash where it doesn't belong. Don't push me. I swear I'll do it. I'll write sweaty Catherine/Doc Robbins het, I swear to God.

I actually haven't seen all of WaT, since I'm out of practice and one hour of TV at a time wears me out. I am taping it, though. I just saw the first little bit, and I have to say that Danny is the cutest, sweetest, most caringest gay boy ever! The way he just kind of glomped onto Jack and gave him a big hug and wanted to talk about feelings because Jack's dad died, oh, I'm all swoony. And he sent Jack a deluxe fruit basket! I could die with the Danny cuteness. I wonder if he signed both his and Martin's names on the card. Probably. They sent Jack a fruit basket together! It's so couple-y, and you know it doesn't matter because it's not like Jack would read the card, anyway.
