I'm signed up for an audition on 12/2 for Dracula with Theatre@First. I really want to be the "soldier" vampire bride. Especially if it involves some kind of stage combat.

Part of me wants to pout, but honestly, I thought I had a really great audition, I'm happy with that, and if I wasn't what they were looking for, so be it.

Oh, and I'm totally wearing a wig in the play, these were just pub. shots. Jan was so NOT a redhead.

I got up and out of the house a little early to go vote. Got that done, got some annoying news, got into work and had meetings that were necessary but ran too long. I've had a hard time getting motivated past that point. I've got 2 things I want to get done before the end of today. If no one gets shot, they might get done. This weekend, has, as the title indicates, been very Good.

Friday night I hopped the train into town, and as I described to damagedmuse when I called him from North Station, was "making friends and influencing people" the whole way in. met a nice guy who works in composites like carbon fiber.
