My son wants to have a "computer programming" themed birthday party. He is autistic and I'm honestly not sure he even knows what he means, but I'd like to make an effort. But WTF am I supposed to do with that? I did see a cool cake decorated like a Mac laptop, but I am otherwise without clue. Any ideas?

Or if you can't find it, make paper look like it with an easy paint program on MS Word.
And to be reeeeally geeky, but might be too old school? Give out pens in pocket protectors as favors?
Another favor idea: computer-shaped stress balls: http://www.discountfavors.com/stress-balls-relievers+computer-stress-balls.html (I'm guessing they can be found cheaper using the Google)
Decorations: Hmmmm....more dot-matrix printer paper as a banner? If you have a light-brite laying around, make it look like an old-school server?
I'm sorry if most of my computer programming ideas are dated. You would thinking working in IT now would help, but...this is what pops in my head.
