Back To The Grind
What a glorious three-day weekend I just had. Being at work today isn't even that bad, knowing that I only have four more days until this coming weekend. It will already be hump-day tomorrow, and only two more days until I get paid again.

So . . . An Update
We bought a brand, new 2007 Toyota Tacoma (black) on Sunday. The price was right--and we got all the features we wanted. At my parents' house on Sunday, we saw an ad in the paper saying that the local Toyota dealership had ONE 2007 Tacoma (automatic) going for $13,988. We got it. We already sold the old car for $800 to Fernando's parents. I was sad ( Read more... ) -

Tuesday highlights- Went to the dentist and got a clean bill or oral health
- Went to Social Security office and officially changed my last name! I get my new card in two weeks, at which time I can get a new ID with the DMV (and a new picture!).
Wednesday highlights- Worked like an animal at work--cleaned the entire office!

A Realization
All my life, I've always been afraid of affection and I've never allowed myself to truly know and love a person--even my best friends and family members--until I met Fernando. I think he's the only person I'm not afraid to look directly in the eyes ( Read more... )
