Zelda cross stitch
I have a question for you guys-BEFORE I stitch the rupee in my Zelda cross stitch, does it matter if it is dark red or could it be any other color? What is prefereble? I swear I've seen green and blue ones online before...It will be in a clay pot, if it makes a difference...I just want to plan ahead so I don't have to rip out stitching like I did on the fairy!
Yeah. Um. Obsessive-compulsive-control-freak for the win...
Well....Really, just the same clay pot witrh the fairy recolored to look more like a normal fairy in the game and less like Navi; and a clay pot with a heart inside.
I'm still not happy with it. Someone on here told me to make it pink, but I was told by a friend that the non-Navi fairies are pink, purple, and yellow...Well, this needs to be suitable for a guy or a girl because it will someday be baby Rowan's bedroom, so my friend suggested yellow since it's the least gender-specific color...But it kinda looks bland to me...Like it all bends together. I am thinking of just doing some simple backstitching around the fairy in a dark brown or something like was on the t-shirt that was my inspiration...

And here's the heart. I'm pretty happy with it. It doesn't look exactly like th eone in the game, but it's pretty darn close according to all the pictures I've seen...

And, next to each other. It is in some serious need of an iron, but I wanna wait until I'm finished. Don't worry, there'll be pictures of that too...
