Another article I wrote elsewhere, this one covering homemade soup mixes. Everything from the simple "buy your friends a bunch of lentils" to "mix a bajillion ingredients together under the benevolent gaze of Her Culinary Majesty, Julia Child."

What's your favorite dish to have as leftovers?

Mine's a tie between chili and our favorite curry dish, with spaghetti close behind them. All of these are better the second day, IMO.
