TV commentary:
Arrow- I didn't realize it was the 150th episode. But they pulled out the guests for this one. So the ep was done documentary style, apparently someone wanted to do something on vigilantes. So they had an old interview with Quentin before he died, but also interviewed Thea, Sin, Sara, Barry and Ragman. Who was possibly killed off screen along with Helena.
Anyways, the ep has Team Arrow reuniting and saving the mayor, so while she does still say the anti-vigilante law is still in effect, she further deputized more of Team Arrow. Cut to the future, where Blackstar is watching the video with Connor (played by the same actor from s1 LoT)! Apparently all copies of the video was supposed to destroyed, and the way she acts, vigilantes had a huge falling out with the city between then and now. And she herself can hardly contain her disdain.
Which is interesting, because her hanging out with Connor but not being known by Zoe or William means she is somewhat connected to Team Arrow, but the latter two don't know it. Also, people keep thinking Mia is Olicity's daughter, but I don't think the ages match. Unfortunately, its hard to tell given the varied ages of the other kids- the actor who plays Connor is 30, older William is 39, older Zoey is 28, and Katherine Mcnamara is 23. So I guess if we go by the age difference with her and William, it possibly works if Olicity have her soon. But Connor and Zoey's portrayers being 30-ish totally throws everything off.
