So headed up to Chicago for P&E's wedding. It was a fun affair, since they're both a couple of nerds. They had a Emma Frost/Cyclops wedding cake, the wedding party came out to the X-men theme at the reception, exception for the couple themselves, who came out to the Doctor Who theme.
Amusingly enough, it took me a few seconds to recognize it was the theme though. I was like, "What's this weird noise, it sounds so familiar!" It wasn't until the actual theme came on that I realized, 'Oh, duh, its the Tardis!"
TV commentary:
Legacies- A little more illumination on the relationship between Hope and the twins, though I'm still a little skeptical.
Like Josie says they poke Hope because she poked first, but again, I don't believe that. Hope seems too aloof to be picking on them. Like the only thing I can see is they do seem to be jealous of the attention their dad throws on Hope.
So I'm guessing maybe they were unintentionally curt towards Hope because they're competing with her for Alaric's attention, and Hope responded kind, leading to a circle of hate.
It is unfortunate then, that Hope and Josie started getting along, and then Alaric jumps in front of the gargoyle to protect Hope, knowing it wouldn't attack. Still, he could've died, and Josie's not too pleased that their dad is willing to die for Hope.
Supernatural- Wonder what that's all about?
How very Fight Club-ish though with the Djinn under the noses the whole time, but thinking Dean was Michael and its some sort of weird test.
Interesting though, when the Djinn tries to read Dean, he's all, "Wait, you're really..." Really what?! I don't think he's really Michael acting this whole time, because that would be too crazy and acting job by Michael. Is he still in Dean, just buried himself deep to hide from Dean's consciousness?
But at least now he knows Michael supercharged a bunch of monsters and tasked them with trapping Hunters, since the poor victims wouldn't know the normal tactics won't work on them. So they've at least gotten to warn everyone.
