TV commentary:

Agents of SHIELD- Hey, there's a known character, finally. Dr. Franklin Hall, aka, Graviton, aka that guy who has a powerset very similar to Magneto (I still think there should be a strong force and weak force guy) but nowhere near as popular. Interesting though, Skye reveals she's with SHIELD to the bad guy, but you know she was doing it as an in. Of course, even though she wasn't a traitor here, she is still a mole.

And heh, Coulson finally gets Melinda back in the field by putting himself at risk. We still don't know what caused her to want to stick behind a desk though. Also, Coulson continues to be weird, having lost some combat muscle memory, but we're still no closer to figuring out what's up with him. We do find out more about Ward, who had an abusive older brother, and learned to fight to protect himself and his little brothers.

Supernatural- Dangit, I was hoping for some Abbadon this ep, but it looks like she'll be around next week. Long story short, the angels are pissed about being ejected from heaven, and they blame Cas. And unfortunately for Cas, he lost his grace. So he's a mere human, and has hundreds of brethren, all with power and wanting to kill him. Not all of them though- one of them, Ezekiel, played by Helo seems loyal, but he could be playing the slow game. And Hale (played by April from Vampire Diaries) doesn't so much want to kill Cas as to join with him. And he ends up murdering her since she gives him the ultimatum of join with him or she'll alert all the angels to his presence. He chose option C and stabbed her with her own sword.

Meanwhile, Sam is in a coma, and ready to give up, but Dean learns if Ezekiel temporarily possess him, both Sam and Ezekiel can heal. So Dean and Ezekiel kinda trick Sam into accepting Ezekiel's possession. But since they know Sam would prolly get pissed and change his mind once he's more cognizant. Only, if he takes back his permission, Sam can eject Ezekiel before he's fully healed, and end up killing himself. So, they have Ezekiel hide deep inside and make Sam forget the past 24 hours.

I guess that's the current state of things- Cas human, Sam possessed by an angel and totally unaware, and a whole bunch of angry angels after them.
