Cherry Hall, that is. Holiday decorations started springing up around campus this week. I'll have to dig through my Christmas tree collection this weekend for one to put up on my desk in the office. I collect both trees and Santa hats. I've yet to see an unusual hat this season yet, though.

I'm unlockdowned as of 2:45 and am safe at home. I got a Wendy's double with cheese on the way home. Classes are cancelled for the rest of the day. At 11:30 police got a call that there was a fight at South Campus. Later a call came in that shots had been fired.  Well, the time has come. Today is my first day of meetings for the fall semester. With th e full-time contract comes extra shit! Not only do I have my departmental meeting at 8:30, but also the meeting of the College of Humanities meeting at 10:00. At least I'll get a fre box lunch out of it.  So my summer school class went well tonight. I have thirteeen students, but only twelve showed. I figure at least one will drop. I only kept them an hour and a half of the two hours, tonight.  They all seem like a good bunch; we'll see.  So I survived my first four hour shift at the store today without incidence. I am a little tired, but nothing like the times when I worked after my first hospitalization. Well Summer break will officially begin tonoght or tomorrow. The grades are averaged and ready to post. I'll pro'ly do it sometime tomorrow. I have til Tuesday at noon. I'm already over 100 pages into IHTBY and am thoroughly enjoying it. It is a very easy read. Tonight, I am either going to  curl up with it or veg out in front of the TV.
