So tonight is supper club, but I am just not feeling it. We are going to Santa Fe, which is an okay restauarant, but I am simply indefferent to the whole idea today for some reason. Jan isn't going and Nelda isn't sure yet. I can use the papers I took up today as an excuse. I think I'll take a nap, then decide. As long as I email Brenda D before 4 ( Read more... )

I am a bad person. I am half way through with Micheal Toliver Lives. I know! I know! I can't help it.

And you will always be my Mouse, no matter how old we get. (And 50's are not old!!)

I can't blame ya. Sorry we didn't talk this morning when you were at the grocery; I could have given ya the other book. LOL You'll know the just outcome of book 6 but not the details.

I kinda figured. I discovered her books via Greg's blog. I'm a sucker for a good mystery, as well as for anything set in NO, so I decided to try her out. It wasn't until I read the 1st one and very much enjoyed it that i found out numbers 2-5 or so were out of print. I scoured used bookstores from Louisville and Lexington KY to Nashville TN, but finally found them all. Jazz Funeral was actually the hardest to find.
