Time out on Tuesday
So tonight is supper club, but I am just not feeling it. We are going to Santa Fe, which is an okay restauarant, but I am simply indefferent to the whole idea today for some reason. Jan isn't going and Nelda isn't sure yet. I can use the papers I took up today as an excuse. I think I'll take a nap, then decide. As long as I email Brenda D before 4, it should be okay.
I think I like this bunch of kids in my summer class. There's one who hasn't yet come to class, though. I told him he had to be thee tomorrow and plan to stay after class. We'll see. Today I was doing catch up from missing yesterday, but will ask them about Godiva tomorrow, Becky.
I finished Drop Dead Beautiful last night and began Muder Over Easy(I love Wanda Nell and her gang). Jackie didn't kill off the person I was worried about, so I was quite satisfied with the ending. Hopefully, it won't be a year and a half before the next one. I almost started Julie Smith's Jazz Funeral, but MOE was shorter and I want to be finished with what I am readng when the new Harry Potter comes out next Saturday, so I won't have to set anything aside. I'll visit NO with Julie after HP. I like Skip Langdon.
