My artwork is in a TV commercial!
I was contacted about six weeks ago by a media company that wanted some rolling ball sculpture elements for a television commercial that they were planning. The notice was a bit short, but it the requirements weren't unreasonable, and everything else seemed agreeable. Plus, having your work on a TV commercial is pretty neat for a variety of reasons.
I had to hustle, and the final stages took some long hours, but it arrived safely at the door of Red Six Media on time. They were thrilled with the results, and they commenced shooting only a week or so after I delivered it.
My work was part of a larger piece, a Rube Goldberg contraption with dominoes, a briefcase, science equipment and other fun stuff thrown in. I haven't gotten to see it until now, and I'm so pleased with how it turned out! Both sculptures get a nice amount of screen time, and my hard work shows off well!
