It will be hard to follow this series: doesn't sound like my cup of tea xD

Oh, that's sad. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm a huge fan of detective shows set in different eras: Ripper Street (set in the 1890s), Endeavour or George Gently (both set in the 1960s) and on top Gabriel Byrne is made of aweseome. If the cases are any good I'm sure I'll like it. :D

I've had Ripper Street lying on my computer for months XD
The cast looked amazing, so I thought I'd give it a try. Obviously they're still waiting for me to watch them XD

Eeek, Ripper Street is SO good, I may have bought the DVD immediately when it came out and rewatched all episodes once or twice since then. *cough*

I just always had a very soft spot for Matthew MacFadyen (and he's really amazing in RS), then he has mad chemistry with Adam Rothenberg (the guy who plays Homer Jackson in RS) and of course there's also Jerome Flynn. Three good reasons to watch anyway and the cases are cool, too. I'm so glad they start filming on S2 today! :D

It's a relative short series, so I guess I could catch up with it anytime. Good to know they're already working on a S2 :D

(Matthew MacFadyen is ADORABLE).
