(no subject)
Gotta make this quick, my aunt has dial up so i'm hogging the phone line every minute i'm online. to everyone back in burlington count yourself lucky! i just spent the last 5 hours doing my best to put on a happy face at my grandfather's 25th anniversary party. the same grandfather that shoots cats, locks up his dogs, disowns family members when they don't do what he likes, and is the most prejudice man i've ever met. mom made this huge scene because i didnt want to dance (they had a dj but they only played country music or really really old stuff-like 20s music, older than oldies) and of course got the rest of the relatives worked up and pissed at me.
there is one good thing so far. my cousin jen is up here right now with her 7 week old daughter. my grandfather is in the process of disowning her because she isnt married and refuses to talk/look at her or the baby. but i've had a lot of time to take care of the baby (my cousin is enjoying having other people pay attention to the baby so she can take a break).
well i've gotta get back to the family, i wish i was back home, even if i had to work every shift for the entire week! it would be better than having 20 relatives yelling at you.....
