(no subject)
Though I really don't have the time to give you a good update, I just wanted to let you all know that hanging out with Cori for 10 hours was exactly what I needed to unwind from stress and just have time with somebody who really cares about me, and be able to really show me.
With that, I got Maverick's, Melody's, Grandma's, and Grandpa's Christmas presents tonight. I also got Voices from a Distant Star, an anime movie, for really nobody. Maybe just me? =P I'm not sure who I should give it to. I'm thinking either Jenna or Celeste. Probably Celeste, because I've been hanging out with her more lately. Anyway, it was only 12 dollars because Sam Goody is going out of business at Ridgedale. Which also accounts for the lack of actual merchandise that I needed to get for a few people. =P At least I was able to find good jazz CDs for my grandparents. They're the most impossible to shop for, usually. This year, it's Molly. I might end up getting her a gift card for B&N, but, agh. That just doesn't seem like enough. She's my sister, for goodness's sake. Though I'll also have to see what my budget looks like.. I still have to buy presents for Sumita, Tony, Mom+Paul (though I'm just going to get the both of them one copy of The Funny Thing Is... by Ellen DeGeneres, since they both want it and I only have a limited budget, after all; besides, that also means that I get to read it!), Molly, and Nicole, since I doubt what I'm planning on giving her will actually be finished by the time I see her. Blah. I'll try my best.
