thanks be to you...

I had a great thanksgiving.
Had dinner at Gram's house (dad's mom). Ate well, and it went off without incident!! My aunt Cindy (dad's sister), cousins Josh and Kate, and soon-to-be cousin-in-law Brian were there. It was great.
After dinner, dessert, two naps, and 1.25 football games, we drove to my aunt Lisa's house (mom's sister) where we saw her family (uncle Eric, Noah (6) and Griffin (9)), as well as aunt Marie and "uncle" Brig (husband #3), and Papa and Grandma (mom's parents). It's a bit sad because Grandma's really not doing well, but it was good to see her before... well, you know, she is getting old.

OKAY, ENOUGH SADNESS.

I'm happy. I have a lot to be thankful for, like having two duets in Cabaret with two of my best friends, as well as emcee-ing with one of them!
The thing to watch out for in January 2006:
ARHS Cabaret, hosted by Soap and Chrisp!

(*hooray!*)

I'm also thankful for all of my other wonderful friends, my love Eli, the terrific opportunities that lie ahead of me, and the more-than-bare necessities that I have. A roof over my head, clothes to wear, a school to go to, a computer, a car, a cell phone, an mp3 player... this is more than I deserve and I am lucky to have it.

SO... happy Chris.

but sad Chris b/c I have to study for two killer tests, write a paper for french, make a poster for Child Study, finish my Yale application, and other annoying stuff. I can't believe my senior year is 1/3 over!! That means that high school is 94.4(repeating)% done!

I am going to cry on the last day of Child Study, which is Tuesday. I want to come back and visit them EVERY DAY.
