Aloha and Mahalo

Alright kids, this is what you have all been waiting for. This is the Hawaii update. I am going to keep this fairly short, because I kept a journal throughout the week, so you all get the cliff notes version.

General Info: We stayed on the island of Maui, which was by far the most beautiful island I saw while we were there. We had two condos and they both faced the ocean, and one of them was on the first floor, so you walked out the patio door and straight onto the beach.

Sunday:
We laid out at the beach and just relaxed all day.

Monday:
We laid out and relaxed, but we also drove around the island trying to find the sun. Once we actually did find the sun, it was surprisingly back at our condos.

Tuesday:
We again just relaxed all day, but then we went to the Royal Lahaina Luau in the evening. I have video from the luau which was pretty spectacular.

Wednesday:
This day we got up at 2:30am to be picked up by a van and taken to Mt. Haleakala where we got to watch the sunrise and then biked down the side of the mountain. For those of you who haven't seen my pictures, this is where I had my bike fall. For more details, read the captions under my pics.

Thursday:
On Thursday we went snorkeling at the islands of Molokini and Lana'i. It was really awesome, and if I can figure out a way to post these pictures, I will be sure to tell all of you.

Friday:
We flew to Oahu so that we could go to Pearl Harbor. So we got up at 3:30am to get to the airport on time. So we flew to Oahu and went to the Arizona memorial, which was eerily cool. After that we went up on some mountain, not so sure of the name. We then went to the USS Misouri which was super duper cool. You will definitely be able to pick out the pictures of this!

Saturday:
We flew towards home.

Sunday:
We arrived in Indy.

Now,a whole lot more happened, but to get more details, I would suggest looking at my pics, and the instructions are on the previous post. Enjoy!
