Whatever. Two cents.

So here is how I look at stuff. I'm a fairly rebellious girl: I don't like idiots telling me what to do, or trying to shower me with their moral high ground. I'm a Dark person by nature, and that means that I don't get to put on airs about who I am. So in all the time I've been here, I've seen several attempts to get some kind of half assed law ( Read more... )

You are outspoken, aren't you? But you pose a few good points.

I believe it is the Alliance itself that are the people who are skittish regarding the seeking of justice, however, if their prior inaction towards Fray is any indication. Letting him run free to do as he pleased merely because he happened to possess a large watchdog was both stupid and cowardly.

Yup, outspoken is one word for it.

They want to do things by the book. I'm still trying to figure out why they only chose to punish Joker for the Burial thing when it was obviously more than one person.

And I had to take care of him with a friend. So technically, the Alliance would be going after me in that instance too.

Being outspoken can be a favorable trait, as long as one backs up one's words with actions.

There is no book here.

What incident, exactly, are you speaking of? I do not recall seeing any recent news regarding such, but I was deprived of my communicator for a short period of time and may have missed some announcements during my backsearching.

For someone like me, that's without question.

Yeah, I know.

I did that without notice. You can chalk that up to how much the Alliance is in the know.

You mean to say that you also went after one of the perpetrators of the kidnappings, and that the Alliance has not attempted to bring you to task for it as they are doing so with Heero?

I assume then, that you did not kill the individual involved.

That's right.

NO. I don't kill people. I don't want to shoulder the burden of killing somebody.

But are they aware of what you had done? What was the severity of your justice, if you did not kill the one who caused such harm?

Death is sometimes the only viable solution.

I didn't announce it, but it happened. And the reason I didn't kill him is because as irritating as it is, he is not a Harth or a Joker.

He's got it worse.
