31 Day Horror Film Challenge, Day 12: Most Overrated Horror Film
The most over rated one I can think of is:
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
A few days ago I was praising the original; I don't see how this scores a 7.3 out of 10 on Imdb, as I found it to be not a patch on the original. I just realised it was a Zack Snyder film, which might be why I was so let down by this; he has a tendency to mess franchises up, with Man of Steel being another example. Ironically, my favourite of his works is his most criticised of all (possibly); Batman v Superman.
I didn't care for this version at all, and the way the true ending was cut up was just annoying, doing it in one-second bursts.

I mean, having all the characters who escaped in the helicopter then die at the hands of more zombies was a good idea, but executed in an annoying fashion.
