It was good to get to speak to people from work again today, just by having meetings on teams, which is better than nothing. I had a nice long-ish walk at lunchtime in case Boris starts tightening the lockdown tomorrow.
I sat out in the park this evening; I noticed that we have a fair in town, which surprised me - I don't know if they will be careful to enforce social distancing.
I was on my guard as I sat in the park because I'd seen an odd man walking around, and waving at nobody in particular as far as I could tell; if I'm worried someone's going to come up to me and hassle me, I'm not going to let my guard down, and I worried the man might have been an addict. I didn't see him again, and was glad that he didn't ambush me (I always feel like a magnet for crazies). It's good at least that so far, Autumn doesn't feel much different from summer.
We got into trouble at taekwon-do tonight because we didn't carefully form a proper queue, and "congregated around" instead; it does seem sometimes like I'm the only one taking the social distancing into account. A lot of people just seem belligerent.
I found out getting home that the lock on the front door back at the block where I live has somehow broken, so I've had to put out an e-mail to the management company; I hope they get onto it soon.
