30 Days of TV Challenge, Day 30: Saddest Character Death
There have been a lot of sad character deaths from shows recently. I'm going to mention one from the final episode of Humans and in case anyone hasn't seen it, spoilers.

Mia
I could also have chosen the mother played by Katherine Parkinson, who we must assume ended up hanging because the show got cancelled after this episode - it was quite a bleak ending and the fact that it's not returning just frustrated me.
But as for Mia, she had to put up with so much in series 3, getting almost lynched by her neighbours for being a synth, when she just wanted to live her own life.
During the human/synth war at the end, she shows mercy to one of her tormentors; she has this Christ-like moment when she's reaching her hand out to the other character, and then someone just murders her. I didn't want her to die, and she seemed like the least deserving of all the other dead characters.
Honourable mentions would go to a few characters who died in The Walking Dead Episode 9x15: The Calm Before the Storm.
