Okay, so I know I'm not perfect, but I do judge myself against the most trivial of things, while just trying to get through the day without getting up anyone else's nose (feels like I do this every five minutes at times). I'm just trying to be good today, not this perfect person who doesn't ruffle peoples' feathers.
It was good to be back at work to see others this morning, and have a few catch ups.
On Strava, I have started two new challenges:
* HOKA Train At Mach Speed Challenge; I have logged 2km of 10km); and
* Solgar's Half Marathon Challenge 2024; I have logged 4 miles of 13 miles (because this one started yesterday and I forgot to mention it)*.
I have also logged 9 of 10 days for the September Ten Days Active Challenge and climbed 1,211m for the September Running Elevation Challenge.
