Altruistic August: Communicate
I didn't do much today; managed to chat with one of the dads at taekwon-do who I've not spoken to much.
I'm just enjoying using up leave and not doing too much.
On Strava, I have completed the HOKA Made in the Mountains Challenge and August Streak Challenge, and climbed 1,786m for the August Running Elevation Challenge (edit: Also 1 hour and 9 minutes of 1 hour 40 minutes of Shokz Mountain Rock n Roll).
