Joyful June: It's Good to Touch the Green, Green Grass of Home

Jun 19, 2024 17:35

I got outside early this morning for a swim in our local lido. There is now a booking system in place, but its not as onerous as it seems, and you do get a two-hour timeslot (another good thing).

This church looks really nice now that the scaffolding that was on it is gone.

Not the most exciting of days - I'm glad it's over now ... almost, save for tonight's owners' meeting.

On Strava, I have logged:
* 2 of 5 days for the Sports Direct 20x5 Challenge;
* Almost 10 and a half hours for the Sweat With Pride Challenge; and
* 6 of 10 days for the June Ten Days Active Challenge.

Tomorrow, I start two challenges:
* Solstice to Starting Line by GOREWEAR (requires precisely 1 hour and 33 minutes of activity); and
* The Solstice by POW (requires 6 hours and 40 minutes of activity).

The latest photo_scavenger prompt is touch.
