I'll probably end up playing badminton after work tonight. Today, I'm just going to try to be grateful for the little things that make my day better, if it's just a brief smile or connection with a work colleague or stranger, or just something random that looks nice and brightens my day.
On Strava, I start two challenges:
* Merrell 'Find The Love. Run Wild.': Log 180 minutes of trail running (hiking and walking also qualifies); and
* Inghams Walking 'You Set The Pace 15k': Complete 15k by walking or hiking (not sure if it has to be a single activity that's 15km long).
