Forty, seen on my walk to the office.
I played Ticket to Ride (India version) at lunchtime, so here's my offering for map.
Asian food was being served up in the staff canteen, so we kept helping ourselves.
I ended up not going to Midweek last night because of all the train problems. Hopefully things won't be too bad today, as we have the office trip to Whitstable, which I'm exciting about, this afternoon.
I'll also be sure to text a friend who I can't be with, with an uplifting message.
On Strava, I have climbed:
* 213m for The MAAP APEX:MODE Challenge; and
* 20m for the August Run Climbing Challenge.
I have also walked 4km for the August Walking Distance Challenge.
