Mindful March: Chew on This

That weather warning was correct; it's been snowing on and off today, so I've forced myself to work from home.

I've been trying to eat mindfully, not rushing, and noticing the taste and texture of my food; so here's my breakfast.



I didn't get a picture of the sandwiches I made for lunch, but I didn't quite finish them; it was one of those times when I'm sure the ingredients are fine, but something just tastes a little ... off. I can't even describe what the offputting taste is, just makes me think of ... garbage.

I've made very little progress on the Everest Challenge, but have now logged 134,195 steps.
