Mindful March: Unselfish Joy
What a result for Liverpool tonight; 7-0 over Manchester United - SALAH!!!!
I'm sending out all my love to you all today, wishing you well, in the spirit of "mudita".
Today was just a normal Sunday; church in the afternoon, followed by a quick pub visit with friends. I hoped to watch the BIG game with a friend, but he had plans; I'm guessing he's glad he didn't endure it with me now.
I saw a couple pushing a trolley along Euston Road earlier, and a woman went up to one of them and hugged her, saying what a difference they'd made. I noticed the trolley was full of milk cartons as they passed; wondered if they were delivering them to homeless shelters.
I've walked 46km now for the March Walking Distance on Strava, and walked more than double the amount of steps needed to climb Mount Everest: 116,465.
