Happier January: Oh Happy Day
Guess what? I got the job I interviewed for; it was a nice surprise at work this afternoon. It seems that I will gradually transition into the new role, so it won't be a sudden change.
I've been trying to smile at other people today, which is easy when its someone I know, but difficult if its a random person on the street, and there is the sense of stranger danger.
I managed to get this picture on the way into work for the Photo a Day prompt: "Fresh": Fresh water.
Plus one more for the photo_scavenger prompt: Photography.
It seemed to fit the bill...
I'll have to find a way to celebrate the promotion.
