The Friday Five: Spending Time

1. What are you going to do this weekend?
I'm going out with the family for Mum's birthday, eating out, and watching Glastonbury in the evening.
2. What’s your favorite way to spend time?
Doing things with others, outdoors is really good, particularly now that I spend so much time in my flat. I like board games, and hiking.
3. What’s the most useless thing you own that you would never get rid of?
I'm not sure - maybe the Sega Genesis that isn't set up to play - but maybe one day, I will be able to set it up again.
4. Have you started planning your next vacation?
We've already done so; getting a week away in the summer, so long as we don't get hit by another lockdown - I'm looking forward to it. We'll be in Yorkshire, staying at Rievaulx Abbey.
5. Are you very active, or do you prefer to just relax in your free time or is it one and the same to you?
A mixture - I like to be active at times, but other times I just want to blitz through all the television shows I like to watch. Usually when I'm watching a show, I try to watch once a week, otherwise I worry about losing track of the plot. But I like to have the occasional evening walk when it's the right time of year, and it doesn't get dark too soon, and the weather is fine.
