Actor Heath Ledger dies at 28

God, that makes me sad. I wouldn't call myself a Ledger fangirl or anything, but I really liked watching him onscreen and his performance as Ennis Del Mar really touched me. Whatever happened, it's just so sad. He'll be missed.

I checked my email at my lunch break at work tonight and had a short and sad note from my mother telling me that a friend of the family had passed away. I just went to pieces right at my desk. He was a good man and my heart feels hollow.
