I got mail!
I'm so excited, I feel so special inside. I got home this afternoon and had 2 lovely items waiting for me in the mail.
A super awesome Stargate birthday card from stephicozar and a massively droolable and squeeable Daniel and Cameron bookmark from lmichelle599!

I'm putting the card up at work with me and the bookmark in my Stargate book I'm reading by my bed for sweet Daniel/Cameron dreams.
I didn't get a chance to post or reply yesterday because the weather got simply frightful! We actually saw a tornado at the base. Eep! It turned black as night and you could see the clouds going by very fast. And there I am, standing at the window like a moron, and watching. And then you could see the clouds at the bottom start to get lower and mist up and then you could make out the funnel cloud. Fortunately, it was dissapating by the time it reached us. But there was a report out at the flight line that someone spotted a touchdown.
Then, it's raining hard and lightening is popping everywhere, and I say "You know, I guess I shouldn't be standing at this metal and glass door." And the other girl agreed and I no more turned around and took ten steps than did lighting strike the road right outside the building! Gah. Someone was looking out for me. The lights flickered at the whole street lit up!
Anyway, it continued raining all afternoon and into the late evening. So, I stayed away from the compy most of the evening.
Work is so frustrating right now that I don't even have the energy to bitch about it. I figure, what's the point, ya know? It's wasted energy. People act so childish, I honestly can't believe it. And what's scary is that other people turn to these people for counseling. That's all I'm gonna say. *g*
Carter lost his first tooth today! It's a front bottom one! He's got it under his pillow tonight and I have to figure out how to go in there and get it out and put money in the little container. *g*
I'll post piccies in a few minutes.
