Drabble 1/5, Kyuhae, for: paralyzing_time
Drabble for paralyzing_time, as part of a drabble meme.
When Kyuhyun first decides to date Donghae, he warns him of his unhealthy obsession towards StarCraft. “It takes my life away,” Kyuhyun had even said, and it’d almost been a direct quote from a previous ex-boyfriend, and since Donghae had nodded in acknowledgement, albeit lackadaisically, Kyuhyun considers this a fair warning.
Therefore, Kyuhyun doesn’t detract himself from his computer when Donghae insists he’s spent too much time looking at the computer screen and not at the adorable plush fish toy a fan had randomly given him on the streets. “Busy pwning,” Kyuhyun would say, and though in his mind he’d been perfectly justified, Donghae doesn’t quite agree.
It’s only after several times of this (“Thousands of times,” Donghae had argued) that Donghae decides he’s had enough. And so on one particular Sunday (“Which we agreed was Donghae Day,” Donghae protests, though Kyuhyun’s quite positive he’d just pulled that out of his ass), Donghae decides matters should be taken into his own hands.
“What the fuck, Hae,” Kyuhyun spits, trying to peer around the man’s sides, but Donghae only follows his movements and continues to block the computer screen. “Hae, not now, this n00b was just about to-”
“But today is D-Day!” Donghae exclaims, and he may or may not have accidentally dug his hips down on Kyuhyun’s lap. “For Donghae Day!”
“…when the hell did we agree on that?” Kyuhyun rasps.
“That’s my point!” Donghae cries exasperatedly, and for his sake Kyuhyun sighs and gives up his attempts. “You pay too much attention to StarCraft and not me.”
“But I already warned you about-”
“Ya, Kyuhyun, remember that one time I asked you to wait for me to get back, because I wanted to ask you about something?-you fell asleep.”
“But you came back past mid-”
“But the very next day you were up until three in the morning playing StarCraft. So you wouldn’t stay up for me, but you’d stay up for StarCraft?”
“Donghae, I-”
“And how about that other time, when I asked you to turn on your computer to look something up after you’d just turned it off, and you got mad at me. But then later when you-”
“I get it,” Kyuhyun snaps, and he hisses at himself when he involuntarily thrusts up at Donghae’s pressure. “Damn it, Donghae, stop bribing me with sex, you know how hard it is for me to choose between-”
“Then choose,” Donghae asks innocently yet meaningfully, and he only smirks when Kyuhyun moans his response. “Is that…?”
“Yes.”
“Yes to what?” Donghae asks, and it takes all of his efforts to not fall into his own trap.
“Fuck this,” Kyuhyun growls, and before Donghae can call himself successful Kyuhyun picks him up and pushes him onto the table behind him.
Kyuhyun only stops when he’s satisfied from all of Donghae’s teasing. Donghae only stops when Kyuhyun acknowledges Donghae Day.
“Donghae broke my computer again,” Kyuhyun announces to the rest of the band, and Shindong in particular looks sympathetic. “I’m sorta sad, because I kinda miss playing StarCraft.”
But instead of glaring angrily at Donghae as the others expect, he only smirks knowingly, and it throws them all off. And really, the only reason Kyuhyun isn’t angry is because Donghae had convinced him that the only thing better playing sex on the computer was having sex on it, too.
