"it's my dream to have a nice big bubble butt..."

So what else have I been up to in the last three years? I'm still working out like a fiend at the gymnasium. I've made some strides. When I got Cappy I lost about 11 pounds in three months because I stopped going to the gym to potty train the little guy. I went from 148lbs down to 137lbs back up to 152lbs 2-1/2 months later and I've sort of hovered around there since.

Here are a couple of photos I took before I stopped going to the gym in December 2008.





Here are a few photos I took after I lost the 11 pounds in July 2008. This was my starting point, I look cut-up but only because I lost 11 pounds of muscle and fat. I also got a really bad sun burn that weekend. LOL.







I started to ride my bike to work again every day in August, 2008 but I also started riding my bike home at lunch as well to let the little guy out to use the bathroom and avoid spending any more money on shitty lunches at Au Bon Pain. Because I'm doubling up my cardiovascular every day. I started eating six meals a day, three of them Myoplex Protein shakes (One for breakfast, one at 4:00pm and one light one before bed) in between my regular meals at 11:00am, 1:00pm and 7:00pm after the gym. These photos are from January, 2009.






These next photos are from March, 2009. I'm starting to gain some mass, I actually just turned 36 if you can believe it!







I took these photos a couple of weeks ago to compare to the photos I took in 2004, aside from the lack of any color, I really am the whitest person you'll ever meet, I didn't see much change at first and was pretty disappointed but I guess I gained some size in my core/back and my legs. My arms never seen to change. LOL. Somewhere in there is the 9 pounds I didn't have in 2004. LOL.





My goal right now is to get to at least 155 pounds by the end of the summer. I'd love to be 160 pounds but I just find it hard to believe I could ever gain that much mass unless I really kick up my leg/ass routine. I think that's where I'm probably missing some mass because people think I'm bigger than I actually am and it's probably because I have such a small ass and legs. It's a delicate balance, at 36 years old you can't just put on mass without losing your abs--and that would make me sad. They are here one day gone the next if I don't stick to my diet a few days in a row so I have to be careful to maintain what I have without getting a brownie belly. I'm still proportionate because my waist is still at 28 inches but it's my dream to have a nice big bubble butt because that's totally what I'm attracted too! Hahaha. Wish me luck!

Oh and PS. Please don't repost these photos any place? People still e-mail me on a weekly basis to tell me someone is using my photos in a fake profile here or there. Why someone would use a fake picture in their profile I'll never understand, I guess they never have any intention of meeting the person, unless we're twins--and if that's the case--use your own photos! Anywho, thanks! :-)
